Pair camera with weight data
Vision and checkweighing detect different failures. Combined trends can separate missing pouches from weight drift, powder leakage and can-component variation.

Not always. Vision confirms visible count while weight can detect other fill or component errors.
Does AI vision eliminate manual challenges?
No. The validated defect set still requires scheduled challenge and reject checks.
